Digital flexo plates offer solutions for all - including the precision and printing stability once realised only in gravure and offset. Laser imaging directly onto "into" the LAMS layer conveys huge benefits across all YRG computer-generated polymer products. In particular, "imaging in contact" change to "direct laser imaging" gives sharper, almost vertical shoulders, minimising the ink-trapping and dot gain so often associated with the flexo process.
